MemberMax offers comprehensive registration capabilities:

Easy Selection

When you register an individual for a conference, the passes, events and other charges are presented in an easy to use selection dialog.

Dues during Registration

Add dues to a registration and the prices will automatically adjust to reflect the member pricing.

Auto Price Assignment

Depending on the order date, the prices will automatically adjust to the Early Bird, Advanced or On-site rate. You can override this rate on an as-needed basis

Demographic Tracking

Track demographics for each of your registrants, such as "first-time attendee", travel information, and more.

Hotel Room Blocking

Assign a registrant to a hotel room block and find out who is assigned to the various rooms at each of the hotels being used for the conference.

Multiple Badges

Create multiple badges for each registrant of different types, such as "Spouse", "Regular Attendee," "Press," etc.

Wait Listing

If an event is booked, you can place a registrant on a waiting list for the event.

CEU Assignment

Continuing Education Units can be defined for each pass and event when a conference is created. CEU's are assigned for the registrant as they sign up and attend the events at a conference.

Attendance Tracking

Track attendance at individual events during the conference.

Process Cancellations

MemberMax makes it easy to process Cancellations and allows you to charge appropriate cancellation fees, if applicable.
